Public-public partnership

South Knox Bubba -- always on top of the local boondoggle situation in Knoxville -- notes that Knoxville officials have an odd definition of public-private partnership:

The residential component of the complex would be privately developed, perhaps involving UT. Ragsdale has been talking with university officials about locating married student housing on the State Street site and hopes to enlist the support of UT’s new president John Petersen.

Hahaha. Our "community leaders" have been sucking at the Free Federal Funding government teat so long they think the State of Tennessee and the University of Tennessee are "private" interests. Oh, my.
